This notice describes the booking information used by this demonstration of Birds in Albania. The operator must replace this notice with their approved privacy policy and contact details before public launch.

What the booking form stores

Your name, email, optional phone number, group size, selected departure, and any notes you provide are stored with your booking. Avoid including sensitive personal information in the notes.

Who can see it

The administrator can view booking and payment status to manage departure capacity and your booking. Public tour pages show remaining places, never guest names or contact details. Your private confirmation link shows your order reference, tour dates, group size, amount, and payment status.

Payment with POK

Checkout opens on POK’s hosted payment page. Your card details are entered with POK and are not stored by this site. The payment provider receives the tour description, booking reference, currency, and amount. We store the provider’s order identifier and payment status so its callback can confirm your booking.

Places and confirmation

Your places are held while checkout is open. Unpaid checkout holds expire and release those places. A successful POK callback records payment and confirms the booking. Cancelled bookings release capacity; cancelling a booking does not automatically refund a completed payment. This site does not send confirmation emails.

Cookies and storage

The visitor site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie lasting up to 24 hours. The operator controls booking retention and must publish a contact method for access, correction, or deletion requests before launch.
